Guild Wars 2 Discussion ; Things I would like in material storage and are taking up bank space. By Hesione.9412 April 10, 2022 in Guild Wars 2 Discussion. Share Character slots serve different purposes. It's good for storage, farming or for different professions. But it can't replace bag slots. Character slots are 800 gems while bag slots are 400 gems at regular price (240 when they go on sale). I feel like someone should add something about the ability to buy more bank storage for items, the 600 gem cost, and if it's known the maximum amount of item space currently purchasable. The reason I believe this, is because I came here hoping to find that information and didn't, so I expect that in the future someone else might reasonably look So I just returned to GW2 as some free time opened up for me and I was wondering what is the best way to manage my bag and bank space. I've been playing the game on and off for while and never really understood what is valuable and worth keeping (I understand the basic item ranking system), and what I should get rid of. Regarding the maximum amount of shared inventory slots, the wiki says the current maximum is 28. However, when looking on gw2 efficiency, I see 4 people with 29 shared slots, and 4 people with 30 shared slots. Does anybody know how to get the last 2 shared inventory slots to reach 30? It seems like an outdated leftover from back when it was actually necessary for games. There is nothing fun about managing bag/bank space. It is nothing but an unnecessary annoyance/nuisance, and an archaic limitation that I see no reason for an innovative game like gw2 to keep around other than for bag/bank slot sales in the cash shop. 92wJFL5. nearly everything pvp related will go in there *minus* the default weaps/armor you get from the vendors there. It's used to hold all the pvp crafting materials you get from the chests you purchase/win and the mats you get from salvaging pvp gear. Keep in mind pvp gear in GW2 is a bit different then any other game, it's all just consmetic. First of all, make sure you finish up the tutorial and get ported to your race's starter area. Once you've done that, press the' H' key to open your Hero window. On the last tab ( PvP tab), there Example of an item storage tab of a Vault box. The Vault box ( colloquial: Xunlai Storage Account) is the inventory repository service offered by the Xunlai Guild. The vault is shared by all characters on the account. Unlimited access to storage costs 50 for roleplaying characters and is free for PvP-only characters (once the vault is unlocked Bank slot, definitely. Buying a storage expander will only let you store one extra stack of each material. You are unlikely to have 2 stacks of most materials which makes the expansion a complete waste for many mats, and it won't even come close to helping you store all those stacks of bloodstone dust and dragonite ore. Storage expanders aren't Tip: You can check contents of your material storage from anywhere. Then type name of crafting material to show only recipes that use it. Recipes will show you how much of source material you have available - total of collections, bank and current character inventory. You need crafting leveled up enough to have recipes which require material Best. Add a Comment. jackbobevolved • 2 yr. ago. I’ve always wanted them to implement bag style sorting for the bank, along with naming. You could assign a rule per tab (ascended weapons, consumable, crafting material, etc) and have it sort in order, it could handle 90% of my bank cleanup for me. Edit: Also, more tabs!
